Veterans Cabof Jackson is the oldest and largest cab company in the Jackson area. The locally owned company opened for business in 1947. It has operated under present management since 1981.
The Veterans Cab's main offices and maintenance facilities have been located at 838 W. Capitol St., Jackson since 2007. Prior to 2007, the company was located at 938 Hwy. 80W.

Veterans Cab was the first cab company in Jackson to be radio dispatched in 1947. Veterans Cab's long history of service in the Greater Jackson area covers all of Hinds County, as well as Rankin, Madison, Reservoir Area, and Clinton. The dedicated efforts of over 100 drivers and support personnel contribute to the success of the operations.
